I have come to know her as one with great ideas; as someone who is trusted by clients, her colleagues and friends; someone who is trusted by the Judges and who the Judges give weight to whatever information she has to present; as honest; as compassionate; as persuasive; as credible; always prepared; with excellent communication skills; and highly ethical.

Why use a fiduciary

A fiduciary is a person who assumes responsibility for a position of trust. Fiduciaries serve by court appointment as guardians, conservators and personal representatives of estates. They also serve by agreement as trustees, representative payees or as agents under powers of attorney.

Courts may appoint a professional fiduciary as a neutral third party to protect vulnerable and incapacitated people from abuse, neglect and exploitation. Fiduciaries are becoming increasingly popular in complicated probate matters and are often appointed where difficult family dynamics prevent a family member from serving. As professional fiduciaries we are licensed, insured and bonded.
